We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to support the growth of our production system and team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining a quality plan to ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies. You will collaborate effectively with the Development and Production team to maintain product quality and achieve targets. Your role will involve checking patterns/specifications and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities, and making final decisions on quality based on company standards. You will evaluate samples and approve production by reviewing various aspects such as measurement, workmanship, fitting, and accessories. Monitoring QA/QC performance, gathering production data, producing statistical reports, and identifying quality-related training needs will also be part of your responsibilities. As the Quality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality control and product assembly in the factory. Providing quality control seminars and coaching for floor-level employees, auditing and controlling production issues, conducting in-line inspections, and ensuring Pantone color matching will be essential tasks. You will also follow up on pre-final inspections, maintain necessary documents and quality SOPs, provide necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with discipline and quality standards to ultimately deliver the final product of high quality. Key Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the textile & garment industry - Proficiency in monitoring and controlling QA and QC, developing SOPs, and standardization policies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask effectively This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with performance and yearly bonuses provided. The expected start date for this role is 01/06/2025.
