Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Garg Industrial Products located in Jalandhar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. Duties also include handling customer inquiries, implementing company policies, monitoring performance, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The Assistant Manager will also assist in inventory management, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and help in the execution of marketing strategies. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Customer service experience and customer relationship management Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the industrial products sector is a plus
