This role requires a blend of content creation, social media management, website optimization, and analytics skills. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and ensuring the seamless integration of marketing strategies across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, text) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. Manage daily social media activities, including posting, replying to comments, and engaging with followers. Monitor social media trends, competitive activity, and audience preferences to optimize content. Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and ROI. Ensure brand voice, style, and messaging is consistent across all platforms. Website Marketing: Oversee website content updates and ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing campaigns. Optimize website for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Work closely with the web development team to ensure smooth user experience and site functionality. Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and suggest improvements. Implement lead-generation strategies through the website (forms, landing pages, CTAs). Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, etc.) to ensure the website accurately reflects offerings and promotional activities. Content Creation & Strategy: Create visually compelling social media posts, banners, and website visuals. Develop a content calendar for social media and website content, ensuring alignment with promotional goals and product launches. Research industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities to craft compelling content. Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor paid social media and Google Ads campaigns. Manage PPC (Pay-per-click) campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. Track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Collaboration & Reporting: Define KPIs and track performance. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Website Marketing Executive or in a similar digital marketing role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, SEO practices, and website content management. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Social Media Management Tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve performance. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
