Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of our landscaping. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the grounds green, clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities: Plant, cultivate, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers and grass. Water plants and lawns regularly, especially during hot seasons. Remove weeds, dead plants, and maintain soil health. Mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge borders. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed. Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good working condition. Keep walkways, entrances and green areas clean and safe. Monitor plant health and report any issues (disease, pests, etc.). Assist with seasonal landscaping changes and garden design (if applicable). Required Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in gardening or landscaping (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Basic knowledge of plants, fertilizers, pest control, and gardening tools. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Responsible and punctual. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 16/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 18/06/2025
