The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hotel’s services, attracting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the hospitality industry. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for the hotel. Promote hotel services, packages, banquets, and events to potential clients. Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Create and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Manage social media platforms and update promotional content.
