Evaluating and integrating cutting edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement. Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development to ensure programs remain current and relevant. Measuring and reporting on learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and ROI using both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Building and maintaining relationships with external training partners, technology vendors, and industry experts to enhance learning offerings.
