Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of leads and conducting regular follow-ups to nurture relationships. Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including social media, business directories, and industry events. Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored outreach strategies that resonate with potential clients. Analyze data and market trends to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates. Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Requirements Proven experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and other lead management tools to track and analyze lead data. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
