Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on project status, payments, documentation, and possession. Manage all post-sales documentation including agreements, payment schedules, and other legal formalities. Coordinate with internal teams such as construction, legal, and finance to meet customer requirements and timelines. Organize site visits and handover processes for customers. Tracked and managed customer payments, ensuring timely collections and resolving discrepancies. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Address customer concerns and follow up with resolutions professionally and efficiently. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals. Gather feedback and provide insights for process improvements in post-sales services.
