Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Quality Control Supervisor. The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the quality control lab, conducting analytical tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with the production team to maintain product quality. The role includes monitoring and improving processes, managing documentation and reports, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills Excellent Communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes
