Designation: Sales Executive Department: Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential customers, pitching products/services, and ensuring sales targets are met in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and services. Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity. Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the manager. Ensure proper branding and visibility at dealer/distributor outlets. Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and payment collection. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a field sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in local language Kannada, English & Hindi. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license. Education: Any Degree.
