Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tekla Detailer located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Tekla Detailer will be responsible for creating a 3d model & detailed steel fabrication drawings using Tekla software, ensuring adherence to AISC/CISC codes and standards. Daily tasks will include interpreting design documents, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the detailing work. The role will also require constant communication with the fabrication team to resolve detailing issues and ensure smooth project progression. Qualifications * Proficiency in Tekla software and experience with 3D Modelling & creating detailed steel fabrication drawings * Experience with drafting and connection design * Knowledge of estimation and quantity take-offs * Understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel detailing * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members * 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in steel detailing * Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred * Familiarity with relevant codes and standards in steel detailing
