About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role that reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical part in shaping the brand, driving growth, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative executor, equally comfortable with high-level planning and hands-on implementation. Experience in a startup environment and a passion for building things from the ground up are essential. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Management Define and evolve the brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine the Brand Positioning and Communication Strategy. 2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across social media, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, PR, Content, Email, and Offline activations. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to craft compelling creatives and communication touchpoints. 3. Market Research & Performance Analytics Conduct in-depth research to identify customer needs, insights, and market opportunities. Use digital campaigns' performance data and Google Analytics to optimize the overall campaign ROI and support decision-making to generate leads and drive new acquisitions 4. Customer Acquisition & Retention Design and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving new user acquisition from awareness and engagement to conversion and onboarding, leveraging both organic and paid channels.. Implement retention programs to improve engagement, loyalty, and reduce churn within the active player base. 5. Digital Marketing Lead all digital marketing efforts: Performance Marketing, Website Marketing, SEO, SEM, PR, Paid Media, and Email Marketing to build highly efficient campaigns. Optimize across various digital touchpoints ~ Facebook, Instagram, 3P, etc, for maximum conversion and user experience. 6. Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and build strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and ecosystem players to expand reach and credibility for the brand. 7. Social Media & Content Marketing Develop and execute a social media strategy that builds engagement and brand affinity. Create unique content strategies that can directly impact follower growth, drive higher audience engagement, and brand visibility. Strategize all content marketing efforts, including blogs, statics, videos, infographics, and other formats aligned for Social Media, Website, PR, SEO, and other brand requirements. 8. Events & Activations Plan and execute offline events and activations that create meaningful customer engagement and brand buzz. 9. Leadership & Team Development Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-accountability team culture. 10. Budgeting & Reporting Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost-efficiency. Report marketing performance to leadership with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth startups or digital-first brands. Proven success in building and executing brand and growth strategies. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successful marketing leadership in similar roles. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including PPC advertising, SEO, social media, content, and email marketing Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
