As a Sales Executive at Tanisha E-World, you will be a vital part of our team, specializing in high-performance PCs, laptops, gaming systems, and IT accessories. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we provide customized IT and gaming solutions to a diverse clientele. Your role involves greeting and assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and driving sales of computer hardware and accessories. You will stay updated on the latest hardware trends, achieve monthly sales targets, and build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service. Additionally, you will manage showroom displays, stock levels, and maintain an organized sales environment to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a computer showroom or IT retail environment, with a strong technical knowledge of computer components, peripherals, and gaming systems. Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with customers and provide solutions based on their budget and requirements. You should have a customer-first approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field is required for this role.
