We are seeking a passionate technical co-founder to join MoneyRush, one of India's most innovative real money gaming platforms. Having already launched and validated the product with over 32,000 downloads in just 2 months, we are now prepared to scale rapidly. Your responsibilities will include leading product development for both the mobile app and backend, ensuring cybersecurity and anti-fraud mechanisms, optimizing performance, scalability, and uptime, as well as building and managing the tech team as we expand. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in mobile app development, with a preference for Flutter or React Native. Additionally, proven expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure (specifically AWS), and data security is required. Experience with gaming SDKs or any other SDKs is also beneficial. A strong drive to build something significant from the ground up is essential. In return, you will receive equity in a high-potential, Startup India-recognized company (up to 10%), full creative and technical autonomy, and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of India's gaming ecosystem. Please note that there is no salary offered at this stage as we are in the early stages and bootstrapped.,
