Assisting customers in choosing the games

Operating games and instructing customers
Engaging in customer relationship management

Working on handling reception

Assist the store manager(s) in maintaining the store

Cleaning and other house-keeping duties required in the gaming lounge

Assist in day-to-day store operations

Welcome guests into the lounge and provide details about our services. Load/ switch games as part of setting up the gaming stations for guests to play.

Basic trouble shooting in case of problems at the gaming stations( Playstation 5, Racing Simulator, Gaming Desktops )

Digital Sales representative experience would be an added advantage or retail sales customer servicing management exp would be a

Duration: Full time ( 10 hours shift )

Shift Timings : Day Shift/ Night Shift / Flexible Shift / rotational shift )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Required)
• Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
