About Us: We are an early-stage startup in the fantasy sports, online gaming, and rummy space. Our mobile app is fully developed and launched. We're now on a mission to scale aggressively and are looking for co-founders who believe in the long-term vision and want to own a stake in this rapidly growing industry. Role Overview: We are looking for a marketing-focused co-founder who can independently drive: Online advertising campaigns Brand sponsorships Social media marketing (SMM) Influencer marketing The ideal candidate will invest their own resources into achieving an agreed base target and will be compensated with equity (5–7%). Post achievement of the base target, continued involvement will be compensated with service-based payments while retaining the equity stake. Ideal Candidate: A company or individual already running successful campaigns in fantasy sports, online games, online rummy or skill-based gaming Proven experience in paid marketing, brand tie-ups, and user growth Strong understanding of ROI-driven campaigns and user acquisition funnels What We Offer: 5–7% equity in an early-stage, revenue-potential gaming venture Opportunity to become a strategic co-founder in a high-growth industry Continued paid engagements post-target achievement Location: Remote (India-focused)
