Job Title: Technical Director (Gaming / Slot game) Location: India Reporting to: CTO Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, product owners, business analysts, developers, and DevOps engineers. Oversee the development and implementation of game and web applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and timelines. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes and technologies. Manage resources effectively, including onshore and offshore teams and outsourced partners. Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the gaming industry. Have a strong awareness of cost management and demonstrate the ability to manage resources efficiently. · Identify blockers quickly using various methodologies and implement solutions. Requirements: 12+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a technical architect, Backend Dev Extensive experience with Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Proven track record of architecting and developing large-scale web platforms, particularly for e-commerce, gaming, or fintech industries. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience working with offshore teams and outsourced partners in a distributed development environment. Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly preferred. Has experience leading product projects in live streaming, gaming, and platform development , with live and gaming domains being mandatory . · Fluent in English Note: · Briefing link/product picture for the project in which market · Priority have experience in Gaming / Slot Game
