You will be joining ENDOSSE Events, a distinctive event company specializing in providing engaging games for mind and physical activities for families and parties, aiming to create memorable experiences that unite people. Our wide range of games and activities cater to diverse audiences, guaranteeing successful events. Your role as an experienced Event Manager will involve planning, coordinating, and executing events to showcase our unique games and activities, with the objective of delivering exceptional events that exceed client expectations and create lasting memories. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements, developing event concepts, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with vendors and team members, managing the setup and operation of games, overseeing event execution, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of event staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional events. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in event management, a proven track record of successful event delivery, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, and strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
