Game Developer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Unreal Engine Game Developer to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge interactive experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to develop gameplay systems, tools, and features using Unreal Engine 5. Your work will involve tasks such as bringing characters to life, optimizing game performance, and creating immersive worlds that are crucial to the success of our current and upcoming projects. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing various gameplay mechanics, systems, and tools within Unreal Engine, primarily utilizing C++ and Blueprints. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and animators to seamlessly integrate assets and systems. Ensuring optimal performance and memory usage across different platforms will be essential, along with debugging and resolving technical issues related to game development and deployment. Your involvement in code reviews, planning sessions, and feature discussions will be vital, as well as staying updated on Unreal Engine updates and best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in C++ and have experience with Blueprints. A solid understanding of game development fundamentals such as rendering, physics, and networking is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Perforce, optimization techniques, and performance profiling is essential. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are a must, along with experience in multiplayer/networked gameplay development. Knowledge of VR/AR platforms and tools, previous work on console, mobile, or PC games, and familiarity with Unreal Engine's Niagara and Chaos physics are desirable. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in developing games or real-time applications using Unreal Engine. Any degree qualification is acceptable for this position.
