To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of proven experience in animation for games, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality animations and visual effects. Your knowledge should encompass Animation principles, Game animations, Motion graphics, and proficiency in tools such as Aftereffects, UNITY, Spine, and Photoshop. Experience in any particle/visual effects tool, basic 3D workflow Knowledge, and a background in game art with optimization knowledge are preferred qualifications. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and a degree in Fine Arts or related field are essential for success in this position.
