We are looking for a Platform Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM). In this role, you will support day-to-day ad operations, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth delivery of ads across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Support ad trafficking and campaign setup in Google Ad Manager. Monitor ad delivery and troubleshoot issues (e.g., ads not showing, errors, discrepancies). Assist with setting up ad units, line items, targeting, and reporting. Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve ad-related problems. Maintain documentation and best practices for ad operations. Requirements: Experience using Google Ad Manager (GAM360 / DFP). Basic understanding of digital advertising and ad operations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with ad tags, reporting tools, and common troubleshooting techniques. Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experiencewith other ad platforms (AdSense, Ad Exchange, SSPs Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for debugging ad tags. Understanding of programmatic advertising Criteria Description Designation Vendor Technical Solution Specialist (VTSS) Technical Skills Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking, feed errors, policy compliance, and campaign setup. Provide technical guidance for website integration with Google Ads , leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery . Support technical aspects of mobile and video advertising , including video creation/loading and mobile app integration. Leverage DBMS (SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL) knowledge to analyze data and troubleshoot reporting issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intricate technical challenges and share best practices. Maintain deep product knowledge of Google Ad Manager platform functionalities and evolving features. Proactively identify and escalate opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains. Solve user issues using innovative techniques, conduct root cause analyses, and streamline processes. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly , building strong client relationships and addressing concerns promptly. Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills , adaptable to various users. Ability to develop and deliver client-focused solutions . Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills , including investigation, judgment, and escalation. Comfortable and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment . Aptitude to learn, retain, and apply extensive product and system information . Responsibilities Provide expert technical assistance for client Google Ads campaigns . Drive issue resolution and ensure campaign success. Foster strong client relationships . Combine technical acumen with digital marketing insights to optimize advertising solutions and deliver seamless support. Language Excellent written & verbal communication skills; should have a good hold on English Shift Timings Support Shift across Regions - APAC,EMEA and NA Expected to work all 5 days in a week from office Location : Hyderabad
