Role & responsibilities Operations & Maintenance- Handling maintenance activities of whole Plant. Performance Monitoring of overall Operations, Cold Rolling Mills, Galvalume Lines, Galvanizing Lines, Annealing Lines , GI Pipes Optimization of resources to maximize productivity Yield improvement and minimizing rejections Structured project plans, schedule of activities, budget, & cost estimates, planned, procured, mobilized, and deployed resources to deliver the projects within defined time and costliness. Provided on-site Management and quality control to ensure projects met time and budget requirements, and were built in accordance with contract documents. Responsible for managing, planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within given deadlines and coordinated projects for set up facilities.
