We are seeking a dynamic SVP Sales (Cybersecurity) to lead our go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and build high-impact client relationships across regions. Role Overview: The SVP Sales, Cybersecurity will own the global cybersecurity revenue charter, leading strategy, business development, and client acquisition. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep understanding of cybersecurity services, managed security, IAM, OT/IoT Security, and Cloud Security , along with a proven track record in consultative enterprise sales and partnerships . Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy Define and execute global cybersecurity sales strategy aligned with growth vision. Build and scale cybersecurity revenue across enterprise, mid-market, and government clients. Drive account penetration through hunting, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts. Identify new business opportunities across Cyber Advisory, SOC Services, Identity & Access Management, OT/ICS Security, Cloud Security , and Managed Services . Client & Market Engagement Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Procurement leaders to shape strategic cybersecurity solutions. Lead executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and deal negotiations. Represent at industry forums, cybersecurity conferences, and partner events. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team across geographies. Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and marketing teams to ensure client success. Foster a performance-driven, customer-first culture . Partnerships & Alliances Develop strategic alliances with OEMs, Cloud providers, and cybersecurity product vendors . Co-develop GTM programs and joint solution offerings with technology partners. Operational Excellence Forecast and manage cybersecurity sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track KPIs including revenue growth, deal conversion, and customer retention. Ensure sales governance, pricing, and contract compliance.
