Role Overview: As a Gallery Sales Coordinator, your role includes maintaining the Attendance, leave, and permission records of Gallery staffs, preparing Quotation & Estimation, assisting and coordinating the field force in documentation, follow-ups, reminders, attending incoming calls and walk-in clients and customers, and assisting superiors. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the Attendance, leave, and permission records of Gallery staffs. - Prepare Quotation & Estimation. - Assist and coordinate the field force in documentation, follow-ups, reminders etc. - Attend incoming calls and walk-in clients and customers. - Assist superiors. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in the local language (Only Female). - Excellent communication skills. - Marketing Skills. - Good attitude and people management.
