About The Role Were looking for a Design Lead who can manage and grow a small but mighty team of 35 designers, while also contributing as a senior individual contributor This is a high-impact role at the intersection of leadership and craft ideal for someone who can elevate both design quality and team capability in a fast-paced product environment. Youll report to the CPTO and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to define how AI can transform the compliance experience for Indian SMEs. What Youll Do Lead & Build the Design Function Own end-to-end design for all Zolvit products across web & mobile Hire, mentor, and develop a team of junior designers into independent product owners Scale Design Systems & Ops Create and maintain a scalable design system Implement structured design review processes Set up tools that reduce design-to-dev friction (e.g., Figma libraries, shared trackers) Experiment with AI-powered tools (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo AI) to accelerate wireframing, mockups, and QA and build internal playbooks from these pilots Act as a Strategic Partner Represent design in roadmap planning and cross-functional initiatives.
