To manage the daily activity of the Chief Marketing Officer's Office To manage the follow-up task, coordination tasks, within the team and external agencies To keep check on the calendar and maintain the scheduled task To ensure that assigned task gets completed within the timeline - or - their new status gets updated To manage the Minutes of the meeting, and initiate the due task To travel with the CMO as and when needed (Mostly within the city) To represent CMO in PR Activities as and when needed To research the subject assigned, and come up with the Report and/or Presentation To fill up the MIS Report assigned on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis within an assigned format To facilitate & Host the meeting (Internal and External) and share the actionable to the CMO To follow the company policies To Maintain the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) Conditions To Upgrade own self on Marketing and Productivity tools To be a single point of contact for the agencies, and other institutes for the project execution Location:- Galaxy Chains Pvt.
