We are searching for a talented and passionate Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of user-friendly and visually appealing websites. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and developers to translate concepts into functional and beautiful websites built on WordPress. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and user needs. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to translate design concepts into tangible solutions. - Design and implement responsive layouts for websites that look great across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). - Develop custom WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and PHP. - Integrate content management systems (CMS) like WordPress for easy client updates. - Integrate plugins and functionalities to enhance website features. - Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are translated effectively into code. - Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices. - Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and user experience (UX) principles. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience as a Web Designer or a related field. - Proven ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP. - Experience with WordPress theme development is a plus. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for design and a strong desire to learn and grow.
