Responsibilities Oversee daily shift production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts and optimize resources. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality benchmarks, and efficiency targets. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of equipment and quick resolution of breakdowns. Manage workforce allocation, including shift rosters and attendance tracking, to ensure optimal productivity. Train and mentor employees on process improvements, operational efficiency, and workplace safety protocols Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company manufacturing standards. Maintain precise records of production output, material wastage, and equipment downtime for performance analysis. Monitor raw material consumption and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment Key Competencies and Qualifications Any bachelor s degree / Diploma Minimum of 8 years of experience managing a workforce of at least 150 employees. Strong understanding of the 4M principles (Man, Material, Machine, and Method) to drive operational efficiency Excellent in Team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Lead initiatives for planning automation, lead time reduction, and process improvements Monitor KPIs: OTIF (On-Time In-Full), adherence to plan, production efficiency Lead a team of PPC professionals across units/plants Facilitate daily/weekly production meetings with Manufacturing and Sales. Key Competencies and Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
