The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for managing property portfolios, overseeing facility management, engaging in commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of real estate assets. The individual in this role will also handle financial analysis and budgeting related to real estate projects. Qualifications Skills in Finance, financial analysis, and budgeting Experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM) Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using real estate management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
