Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Saleswoman at GABHA KREATIONS - A Legacy of Rajkumar's located in Kolkata. The Saleswoman will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, providing product information, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. The role also involves keeping track of inventory, participating in visual merchandising, and collaborating with team members to drive sales growth. Qualifications Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques Attention to Detail and Organizational skills Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) Systems and Inventory Management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Prior experience in retail sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
