As a Controller Professional in the Alternatives Financial Controllers team overseeing the Real Estate Fund, you will play a vital role in managing a substantial Institutional High Yield Portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in developing investment strategies that benefit both our clients and the Asset Management business. Responsibilities include reviewing quarterly property financial statements, GAAP adjustments, variance analysis, asset and debt appraisals, as well as assessing the Fund's financial statements, NAV pricing, and fee calculations. You will also be responsible for calculating investment level NAVs and IRRs, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports. Additionally, you will review client allocations, returns, capital calls, and distributions, provide financial data to auditors, support senior controllers/portfolio managers, communicate with external stakeholders, and oversee critical financial evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing property financial statements, GAAP adjustments, variance analysis, and asset appraisals - Analyzing Fund financial statements, NAV pricing, and fee calculations - Calculating investment level NAVs, IRRs, and conducting financial reporting and reconciliations - Assessing financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness - Reviewing client allocations, returns, capital calls, and distributions - Providing financial information to auditors and supporting senior controllers/managers - Communicating with external parties and overseeing critical financial assessments Required Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with a minimum of 4 years of experience in fund accounting/financial reporting and knowledge of IFRS reporting - Understanding of real asset structures, operating models, and accounting concepts such as Deferred Tax & Impairment - Experience in financial statement reviews and variance analysis - Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Self-starter with effective task prioritization abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Capable of working in high-pressure environments - Ability to work independently,

Required Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Fund accounting and financial reporting, with knowledge of IFRS reporting. - Understanding of real assets structures, operating models, and accounting concepts such as Deferred Tax & Impairment. - Experience in reviewing financial statements and conducting variance analysis. - Strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and communication abilities.
