Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/assets etc. o Performing in-depth primary and secondary industry, market and competitor research. o Should have sound knowledge on valuation of real estate assets using all the approaches cost approach, market approach and income approach. o Addressing to all the clients or auditors’ queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/asset. o Designing models based on discounted cash flow method (Advanced MS Excel) and construction cost model. o Technical Due Diligence, conducting feasibility study and preparing feasibility report/TEV studies of projects. o Performing analysis of the cost incurred on the projects which are under construction. o Preparing project status reports for under construction projects. o Assist the team lead to conduct valuations, and also carry out valuation assignments independently. o Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with brokers and property managers. o Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word. o Knowledge of key data sources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Money control. o Presenting the results of analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner o Identify the replacement cost/market values of the assets through market surveys. o To identify potential client who may require our services. o Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client relationships. o Maintain personal contact and develop long lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company. o Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, professional manner.
