As a hands-on recruiter at Weekday's client, your main responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle hiring process for GTM & Consulting orgs and select G&A roles. This includes partnering with business leaders to define roles, building diverse pipelines, conducting structured interviews, and closing exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities: - Run end-to-end hiring for multiple open roles simultaneously across Customer Success, Implementations, Pre-Sales/Solutions, and G&A - Lead discussions with hiring managers to understand business needs and create clear scorecards, JDs, and interview plans - Utilize direct sourcing methods such as Boolean/X-ray, referrals, communities, and events to build top-of-funnel candidates with minimal vendor reliance - Conduct structured interviews, train on rubrics, ensure quality signals, reduce bias, and meet SLAs - Manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, including pre-boarding interactions - Develop market maps and talent intelligence, including target companies, org charts, and competitive insights - Perform compensation benchmarking, create offers, negotiate thoughtfully, and close efficiently - Maintain ATS hygiene and analyze pipeline health, time-to-slate, conversion rates, and DEI funnel insights - Collaborate with Brand/Comms to enhance the employer brand within GTM/Consulting communities - Continuously enhance the hiring process through automation, templates, dashboards, and raising the hiring standards Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience - Extensive exposure to Consulting/GTM roles such as Customer Success, Implementations/Professional Services, Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting (IC to lead level) - Proficiency in direct sourcing and community-led hiring, including engaging talent from consulting organizations - Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders, to ensure clarity and quality - Data-driven approach to recruitment, utilizing funnel metrics for prioritization, forecasting, and reporting - Excellent written and narrative skills for briefs, outreach, and candidate communication - Familiarity with modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, as well as spreadsheet skills for reporting Additional Company Details: - The role is for one of Weekday's clients - Location options include Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Hyderabad - Job Type: Full-time Please note that the company is looking for a recruiter who can handle the full-cycle hiring process efficiently, engage with stakeholders effectively, and continuously improve the recruitment process while meeting the hiring standards.,
