The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive classroom and online sessions, preparing learners for real-world business scenarios, and ensuring they gain industry-relevant skills in SAP ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training sessions on SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO). Create course materials, case studies, and hands-on assignments based on industry use cases. Assist students with practical labs and end-to-end business process simulations. Assess learner understanding through evaluations and provide mentorship. Stay current with SAP updates, versions, and industry practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation/support. Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of core FICO processes. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage. Previous experience in training or mentoring preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
