Job Title: Skill Trainer – SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Skill Trainer to deliver high-quality training in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive classroom and online sessions, preparing learners for real-world business scenarios, and ensuring they gain industry-relevant skills in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Create course materials, case studies, and hands-on assignments based on industry use cases.
• Assist students with practical labs and end-to-end business process simulations.
• Assess learner understanding through evaluations and provide mentorship.
• Stay current with SAP updates, versions, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation/support.
• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of core FICO processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹200.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week
