Key Responsibilities Counsel students on suitable career paths, IT courses, and skill development opportunities. Guide students in choosing the right training programs based on their interests and career goals. Conduct engaging training sessions on software courses (Tally, MS Office, Programming, etc. as per curriculum). Assist students in building confidence and technical proficiency through practical training. Organize workshops, seminars, and mock interviews for career development. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. Track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement. Support admission activities by guiding walk-in students and prospects. Build strong relationships with students to ensure successful course completion and career placement. Coordinate with the management team to achieve academic and career support goals. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Commerce (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of software applications such as Tally, MS Office, and basic programming. Excellent communication and counseling skills. Ability to handle both classroom training and one-on-one mentoring. Passion for teaching, motivating, and guiding students. Good organizational and presentation skills. Prior experience in training/teaching will be an added advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
