Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on suitable career paths, IT courses, and skill development opportunities.
  • Guide students in choosing the right training programs based on their interests and career goals.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions on software courses (Tally, MS Office, Programming, etc. as per curriculum).
  • Assist students in building confidence and technical proficiency through practical training.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and mock interviews for career development.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
  • Support admission activities by guiding walk-in students and prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with students to ensure successful course completion and career placement.
  • Coordinate with the management team to achieve academic and career support goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Commerce (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of software applications such as Tally, MS Office, and basic programming.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills.
  • Ability to handle both classroom training and one-on-one mentoring.
  • Passion for teaching, motivating, and guiding students.
  • Good organizational and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in training/teaching will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
