We are urgently hiring Merchandisers for our Made-ups and Local Sales division. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process — from sampling and order execution to delivery — while closely coordinating with customers, production, and suppliers. Job Location : Marol, Andheri(East) Job Role : Customer’s sampling order coordination with design team and factory Take approvals from customers on samples Take the final orders from customers Process the customer orders for production and keep updated to customers about order status Make sure for timely billing & dispatch the goods to customers Attend customer inquires/orders/complaints/feedback Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database Follow up with customers for payments Reporting to Senior Managers day to day basis Education and Experience: Textile Graduate or Bcom Graduate or Diploma in merchandising 5 - 6 years of experience in Textile/Madeups for export Should have sound knowledge of fabric qualities/ Madeups articles Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders under tight deadlines Interested candidates to share resume on hrd@gmfabrics.com along with salary details.
