Job Responsibilities:Drafting, formatting, and submitting official letters and documents related to our ongoing EPC projects to PSPCL, PSTCL, and other government/utility departments. Visiting PSPCL Patiala office and other client offices for timely submission of project-related letters and tracking their status. Coordinating with departments, client offices, and project sites to ensure smooth communication flow. Maintaining accurate hard copy records of all submissions, receipts, and approvals for project documentation. Preparing and sharing regular status reports (daily/weekly) with the Delhi Head Office. Supporting the project team with administrative and documentation tasks required for execution of projects in Punjab. Key Requirements:Graduate (any stream), preferably with experience in documentation or office administration. Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (document preparation, formatting, reporting). Strong communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi (for local office interactions). Willingness to travel within Patiala and nearby project sites for official submissions. Organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining structured project records. Assist senior accountant in day-to-day office work. Handle small accounting tasks in Excel / Tally (training will be given). Draft & send professional mails to clients/vendors. Maintain organized records for projects and accounts. Requirements: Graduate / Commerce background preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word. Good communication skills (Hindi / English). Candidate should be from nearby area (Samalkha, Delhi).
