The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training to sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, managing sales processes, developing marketing campaigns, and monitoring market trends to adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training sales staff Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
