You should have a B Tech / M Tech in Civil Engineering or any equivalent Degree. With a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Residential and commercial construction projects. As an individual, you should have strong management skills in construction projects along with a comprehensive understanding of various engineering aspects. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of construction sites, aiming to minimize setbacks and failures. Key skills required for this position include Quantity surveying, Quality Assurance, Estimation, Client management, Customer satisfaction, Work Scheduling, Labour Management, GFC Drawing issue, Project Coordination, and basic knowledge of Excel, Word, G sheet, and G Drives. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is necessary for effective communication. This is a full-time job with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift.
