Role & responsibilities : Operate camera equipment to capture high-quality video footage for interviews, events, promotional content, and field shoots Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand the vision and requirements of each project Set up and dismantle cameras, tripods, lighting, and other video equipment Ensure optimal lighting, angles, and audio during shoots Monitor camera feeds during shoots to ensure continuity, focus, and quality Maintain and care for camera gear, ensuring equipment is in working order Assist in post-production tasks like selecting takes and syncing footage if required Travel to shoot locations as needed and adapt to various filming environments Follow brand or client guidelines for visual consistency Preferred candidate profile : Diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field 13 years of experience in camera operation or cinematography (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered) Experience in shooting for educational institutions, digital content, or social media is a plus Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on shoot schedules A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous camera work
