The candidate will be responsible for supervising telecallers, driving loan sales, and ensuring team targets are achieved effectively. Key Responsibilities : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers handling personal, business, and other loan products. Monitor daily call activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets. Train and mentor team members to improve communication and sales skills. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management. Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment within the team. Coordinate with the sales and operations departments for smooth loan processing. Requirements : Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Telecaller in the loan, banking, or finance sector. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of loan products and telecalling process. Ability to motivate and drive performance in a team.
