As a Manager Estimation, Design & Unit Operations at our company, your role involves overseeing the estimation, design, and unit operations for various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients and team members - Prepare project estimates - Manage design processes - Ensure compliance with industry standards - Supervise unit operations for timely and efficient project completion - Optimize workflow - Handle resource allocation - Ensure high-quality outcomes Qualifications Required: - Experience in Project Estimation and Cost Analysis - Skills in Design and Engineering, including CAD tools and software - Knowledge in Unit Operations and Process Optimization - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Ability to work on-site in Bhopal - Experience in infrastructure or urban development projects is a plus,
