Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MMA Coach, located in Ernakulam. The MMA Coach will be responsible for instructing and training clients in mixed martial arts techniques, developing individualized training programs, and providing guidance on fitness and nutrition. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe training environment. They will also participate in community-building activities and events organized by the company. Qualifications Expertise in Mixed Martial Arts techniques and training methodologies Experience in developing individualized training programs Knowledge of fitness, strength & conditioning, and nutrition principles Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to create a safe and motivating training environment Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience
