As a Marketing Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze data from various marketing channels to evaluate performance, identify trends, and develop insights. You will be tasked with creating detailed reports and dashboards to monitor goals and segment audiences for tailored marketing strategies. Your role will also involve optimizing campaign performance, designing testing strategies to enhance channel effectiveness, and providing business intelligence to support customer lifecycle management and Go-To-Market strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams on different programs and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to enhance overall marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include analyzing marketing data and supporting campaign targeting by collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data from different marketing channels to identify trends and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions. Evaluating marketing campaign performance, designing testing strategies, and offering recommendations for improvement will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will perform data quality assurance by validating and cleaning up data to ensure its accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis. Conducting ad-hoc analysis to solve business problems, monitor performance trends, and provide actionable insights will also be essential. Furthermore, you will integrate data from external sources and apply fuzzy matching techniques to compare and merge data for a comprehensive view of customers and prospects. You will report to the Marketing Analytics Manager in India and collaborate with the US team. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Python on a daily basis, and the ability to work in data analytics, create relevant insights, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
