Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, organizing, and managing domestic/international flights. - Liaising with clients, preparing offers based on their requirements, organizing shipments, and tracking them. - Maintaining continuous communication with customers. - Handling documentation related to freight organization. - Administration of shipments, KPI management, confirmation of workflows. - Identifying and resolving emerging problems. - Controlling tasks. - Acting as the deputy of the area manager.
