About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update product listings, ensure a smooth user experience, run promotions, and optimize the store for SEO and sales. 2. Create and manage broadcast lists, share offers and updates, and handle customer inquiries to drive engagement and conversions. 3. Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment for both retail and wholesale customers 4. Build and manage relationships with dealers and resellers; offer bulk pricing and support partner onboarding. 5. Provide prompt support through WhatsApp and Shopify, handle complaints, returns, and ensure high customer satisfaction. 6. Monitor sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve ROI. 7. Plan and run targeted promotions via WhatsApp and Shopify-integrated tools, including special deals and seasonal offers. 8. Compile and submit monthly sales, revenue, and transaction reports to the accounts department for financial tracking and reconciliation.
