CTC: โ‚น3โ€“6 LPA (based on experience) Overview: Aadhi Glass is hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 1โ€“3 years of experience, preferably in the building materials industry (glass, faรงade solutions, UPVC, etc.). Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are also welcome. The role involves independently generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong channel partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads via referrals, networking, and market outreach Drive end-to-end sales โ€“ from pitching to closing deals Build and maintain long-term client relationships Regularly update CRM with client interactions and sales progress Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns Share weekly reports and updates with the Sales Head Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with marketing and attend trade shows or exhibitions Requirements: 1โ€“3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials space.
