IT Business Development / Sales Executive mohali,chandigarh,panchkula 2 - 7 years INR 2.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

We are a newly established IT business. We are looking for two IT Business Development / Sales Executives. You must have the confidence and passion to help build a brand from scratch. The candidate must be based in Chandigarh or Tricity only. For the right candidate, the option to work remotely will be provided initially. Applications from outside Tricity will not be considered. Must have previous experience in IT Business Development and excellent fluency in English. Freshers are welcome to apply only if you have excellent fluency in English. We welcome you to apply if you match the following criteria: Role & responsibilities :- Language Skills: Communicating with international clients using fluent verbal English and using excellent written communication. Client Engagement: Initiate conversations and build strong relationships with local and international clients to understand their needs and provide customised solutions. Lead Generation: Identify, connect, and convert potential clients into profitable business engagements using LinkedIn, Upwork etc., and achieve provided KPIs. Online Bidding: Actively bid on projects on platforms such as Upwork and similar freelancing portals to acquire new business opportunities. Proposal Writing: Create persuasive and professional project proposals, presentations, and service documents tailored to client requirements. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and finalise agreements to secure project deals successfully. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities to enhance business development efforts. Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and regularly update progress through detailed reports on bids, leads, and closed deals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling Preferred candidate profile :- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Excellent fluency in English (will need to chat and speak with overseas clients regularly).
